Pricing Questions

How does billing work?

All plans are billed in USD through your Shopify invoice every 30 days — no separate card or contract. Paid plans can also be billed yearly, which works out to two months free.

What counts as an AI chat?

Each conversation a shopper has with the assistant counts as one chat toward your monthly allowance. Your dashboard shows how many you've used this cycle.

What happens if I go over my chat limit?

On the Pro plan, chats beyond 5,000 a month are billed at $0.015 each. On other plans, you can upgrade at any time from inside the app to get a higher allowance.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from inside the app. There's no long-term contract, and uninstalling the app stops billing.

Do I need a developer to set it up?

No. Install from the Shopify App Store, and Kartwise reads your products and policies automatically. Add the chat widget from the theme editor — no code required.
