How does pricing work?

After the demo, if you'd like to move forward, there is a one-time setup fee that covers our team configuring KartWise specifically for your store. Your monthly charge is then based on your store's size, conversation volume, and the features you need — we'll quote you exactly after the demo call.

Why is pricing not listed publicly?

Every store is different — the number of products, conversation volume, support integrations, and features needed all vary. A fixed price would either over-charge smaller stores or under-charge larger ones. We'd rather give you an accurate number after a 20-minute conversation.

What does the setup fee cover?

Our team handles the full onboarding: syncing your product catalog, configuring your FAQ and knowledge base, setting the AI personality to match your brand, and deploying the chat widget on your store. You don't touch a line of code.

Is there a long-term contract?

No lock-in. Monthly plans can be cancelled with reasonable notice. We're confident in the results, so we don't need to trap you.

Can I try it before committing?
